For onboarded sellers, the private service processes authorized conversation messages, identifiers, timestamps, classifications and agent-response information for customer-support management. Read-only business context may include relevant product, order, logistics and return/refund fields when authorized and needed. These records are not published on this website.

AI processing & service providers

Relevant minimized message content and available business context may be processed by OpenAI to produce classifications and suggested replies. Cloudflare and DigitalOcean support delivery and hosting. Suggestions need human oversight; they are not a substitute for confirmed business facts. Credentials must not be included in prompts or public content.

Purpose & access

Service information is used to organize inquiries, assist agents, monitor response times and analyze support needs. Access is limited through authenticated, shop-scoped service controls. This website provides no route into the private administration workspace.

Retention & deletion
